We had our mom and baby class today, stopped at the NICU to say hi to some of the nurses and ran around the hospital to find a notary public to notarize the correct paperwork so we can have "official" copies of our birth certificate. All that bumming tuckered us out!! Our Mom discovered that if she puts us in the boppy together we nap for a really long time, we like to be all cozy! Mom check on us a lot though since our faces get so smushed together.
This sure was an expensive cat bed........grrrrrrrrr, those darn cats.

Why oh why do they keep dressing me in this Christmas sleeper?

Our Uncle Jonathan was here for a few days shooting footage for his new job. He works for the Retired Living Network, channel 238 on the dish if you want to check it out. The channel is only on and listed between the hours of 9am-5pm. I guess seniors crawl back into their caves to hibernate during the other hours of the day! We got to have some cuddle time with Jonathan in between shoots.

Here we are with our dancing socks on (thanks Naomi and family!). We wish we could go see Tab Benoit with our Dad and Papa Bear tonight but we're just shy of the 21+ admittance policy at the Cabooze. We'll have to settle with dancing at home with Mom, we heard she really whooped it up at Tab's concert last year. She's lucky there are not any pictures or we could blackmail her for sure!!!! Jambalaya, crawfish pie, file gumbo..................

All right all right all right.........I know it has been a few days but these girls have kept us busy! We have been out for a bunch of walks, to a Mommy and Me class and................well, that is about all besides sitting on the couch watching Oprah and eating bon-bons.

This is where I spend a lot of my time and this is what I do. We got ourselves a couple of cuddlebugs!

"Lucy, it's ok, you don't need to cry, being a baby isn't all that bad."

"Except when Mom wants to change our diapers.....uh oh.....I think I hear her coming....."

"Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......she found us!"

I am on a roll with posts today!! The girls are going through a growth spurt, eating a ton and sleeping sleeping sleeping. I was checking out Current TV, if you can tune in it's cleverly mixed in with the "god" channels on our dish. Anyhoo, there was a quick blurb about this artist, Francois Brunelle. He is traveling the world to photograph individuals that are not related but look alike. See for yourself, here is the link: www.francoisbrunelle.com

Happy Halloween! Blogger has been giving me trouble for the past two days so these Halloween pictures are a little late. Their Grandma P. knit some adorable "peapod" hats so the girls were "Two Peas in a Pod". It was too cold to take them trick-or-treating plus we don't need all the extra candy in the house! The girls did dress up to go to their 2 month well-baby appointment. Their growth is great, both are in the 50th percentile for weight, height and head circumference. Nothing wrong with being average ladies!! They also got three shots and the Rota virus drink which Marigny threw up on Shar, her nurse. Shar said Marigny was the first to do this, poor little punkin. They pretty much slept for 24 hours following the trauma of the appointment but seem to be back to normal now. Papa Bear is here this weekend to help finish their room and have some baby time, he has not seen them in over a month! Hey You (Nick's Dad, no one could figure out what title he should have so until the girls decide he is "Hey you") is also passing through this weekend for a visit.

Weights on Halloween:
Lucy: 7 lbs., 12 ozs.
Marigny: 8 lbs., 1 oz.
