End of the day, one side plowed....

Dada, our shoveling hero, is showing his exhaustion after snow-shoveling-pass number 103.....

That's a pretty tall snow bank, and they haven't even plowed our street!

Still fairly quiet out there, as far as traffic goes. There are signs of life, we can hear the hum of snowblowers on the wind...

He's still out there digging away as this post is going up.....

We are about to head out and play, here is our house as of 10 a.m. Not many folks driving on the roads, most are getting around by snowshoes and skis. More pics later today....stay tuned.......

Snowy Science Sunday


Our first snowfall of the season and we are loving it! We were outside three different times yesterday to play in the white stuff. And playing that much gives us pretty big appetites! This morning we made cheese with Mama and that led us to begin a new blog category: Science Sunday. (Today's blog is narrated by Marigny, Lucy is too busy coloring to be bothered with the blog.)
